REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registrations will be divided into two rounds: WINTER (starts 10th December 2020, 7PM Warsaw Time) and SUMMER (starts 29th June 2021, 7PM Warsaw Time)

Minimum number of BIBs available for the following courses:

ŁUT 150 – WINTER: 350, SUMMER: 50

ŁUT 100 – WINTER: 150, SUMMER: 50

ŁUT 70 – WINTER: 400, SUMMER: 100

ŁM 48 – WINTER: 400, SUMMER: 100

ŁT 30 – WINTER: 400, SUMMER: 100

Below rules apply to both rounds of registrations:

1. If numbers of registered and paid runners at certain course exceeds the number of available BIBs within 6 days from the start of registration, then the lottery will take place. If not registrations will continue till all BIBs are sold out, not later than 30th September 2021.
2. During the lottery we will draw an appropriate number of runners from all registered, paid, and for ŁUT 150 also qualified. Lottery results will be published within 10 days from the start of registration.
3. Lottery at winter registration will create reserve list which consists 20 runners on each course. Transfer for reserve list to start list will take place automatically in case of a free place at the start list. Cancellation of the participant from the reserve list will result in full reimbursement.
4. Runners not drawn in the lottery will get entry fee back within 14 days from the day results go public.

The procedure of reimbursement:

To register for Łemkowyna Ultra-Trail® you need:

1) to fill the entry form correctly

2) to pay the entry fee:

- the best by payment card on Blue Media part of entry system. Online payments are available on entry system.

- by bank transfer (if so, please send us confirmation ASAP):

3) for ŁUT 150 you also need to prove your ITRA points (at least 6 points obtained in no more than two races) or mountain running experience – please provide us name of the event, distance, elevation (+/-) and direct link to your results
